FAQ
Do I need a particular physical condition?
Absolutely not! You just have to be in good general physical fitness, capable of doing a short hike. We adapt entirely to your level and pace so that the activity remains a pleasure.
Can I use my own equipment?
Of course! You can definitely use your own equipment. It's even recommended if you have one. The monitor will be there to help you set it up perfectly and get the most out of it. However, it will have to be revised and your emergency has been folding for less than a year.
Am I going to fly independently?
Yes, that is the end goal! We will guide you step by step towards autonomy in complete safety. Our coaching adapts to your level to help you progress, with personalized debriefings after each flight.
What should I bring for my internship?
For your comfort and safety, remember to bring the following items:
- Of high-top shoes
- One windbreaker jacket
- One water bottle
- a lunch but we will stop at a bakery.
All the rest of the equipment will be provided to you on site.
Are we going to different flight sites?
Yes, absolutely! Depending on the weather conditions, we always select the most suitable flight site. This allows you to discover a variety of situations and to best develop your ability to adapt as a pilot.
Will I really make progress even if the conditions are not perfect?
Yes, absolutely! Each session is an opportunity for improvement. Even if the flight is not long, you will work on specific technical points, analyze your previous flights and refine your weather choices. No day is lost: each outing contributes to your evolution.
What are the cancellation and refund conditions?
In the event of weather constraints, we will postpone your flight, internship day or snake gliss activity to a later date depending on your availability. Unfortunately, if the weather prevents Mountain Attitude from offering you your activity while your voucher or stay is valid, you can choose between a voucher valid for one year or a refund. However, Mountain Attitude will not be responsible if you are not available on the proposed dates.
Is paragliding risky?
Paragliding is a sport with risks, like all sports. Our instructors are professionals who do their utmost to reduce them, but zero risk does not exist. Beware of companies that claim the opposite!
How many internships do I need to be independent?
To become independent, it is advisable to perform at least 2 to 3 courses. Our program of 12 days, associated with A la carte flights, allows you to achieve autonomy gradually and at your convenience.
